• Core Objective: Identify new business opportunities, pitch digital solutions, negotiate contracts, and hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find and qualify new leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.

• Service Positioning: Pitch digital marketing services—including SEO, Google Ads, Meta/Social Media Ads, performance marketing, content marketing, and website development.

• Proposals & Presentations: Create customized decks, scope requirements, write commercial proposals, and lead client presentations.

• Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales pipeline from first contact to contract signing and deal closure.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal SEO, paid media, and creative teams to hand off new clients smoothly and set realistic expectations.

• Pipeline Reporting: Track metrics, forecast revenues, and log interactions in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Experience: 0–5 years of proven experience selling digital marketing or creative agency services.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of PPC, SEO, social media algorithms, analytics tools (GA4), and performance metrics.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure
