Business Development Executive

Atreya Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is a healthcare technology company focused on revolutionising Ayurvedic diagnostics through innovative solutions. Our flagship product, Nadi Tarangini, is an AI-enabled pulse diagnostic device used by doctors, clinics, hospitals, educational institutions, and wellness centres.
Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and lead generation activities.
  

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Nadi Tarangini to doctors, clinics, hospitals, colleges, and wellness centers.
  

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  

• Attend exhibitions, conferences, CMEs, workshops, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  

• Coordinate with Accounts, Production, and Support teams for smooth order processing, installation, and customer onboarding.
  

• Update CRM regularly and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
  

• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback for management review.
  

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional support.
