Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through academic programs, admissions processes, career pathways, and educational opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping students succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Engage 80 – 100 learners daily.
Understand students’ educational goals, interests, and academic background to provide suitable guidance.
Drive Successful enrollments.
Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication throughout the admission journey.
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and enrolment formalities.
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Coordinate with academic, admissions, and marketing teams for lead management and student support.
Stay updated on educational trends, universities, courses, scholarships, and admission policies.
Comfortable with funnel optimization, A/B testing, landing page strategy and budget scaling
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, student recruitment, or sales (preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
