Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated SaaS Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships. The role involves meeting prospects, demonstrating software solutions, and closing deals by understanding client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential B2B clients through field visits, networking, and cold outreach
Conduct product demos and explain SaaS solutions to clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → demo → negotiation → closure
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and support
Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in SaaS / B2B / Software Sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to explain technical products in a simple way
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
