We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and career-driven freshers who are interested in building their career in Education Counselling and Student Guidance.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to make a positive impact on students’ lives. As an Education Counsellor, you will interact with students and parents, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable programs and institutions.
No prior experience is required — complete training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, colleges, and career options
Understand students’ academic background and career aspirations
Provide accurate information about admission procedures, eligibility, and fees
Follow up with students through calls, messages, and meetings
Maintain proper records of leads and admissions
Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets
Coordinate with the internal admissions team for smooth processing
