Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic BDE to support our (C2C/C2H) business. The candidate will work closely with the founder to manage vendor connections, requirements, and client coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with C2C , C2H vendors and build a vendor database network

• Share daily requirements via email/LinkedIn/WhatsApp

• Coordinate with vendors for profile submissions

• Follow up for interviews and feedback

• Maintain data in Excel/CRM

• Support in client communication and business development activities

1. Coordinate with HR team for profile submission

Required Skills:

• Good communication (English + Hindi)

• Basic understanding of IT roles (training will be provided)

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• MS Excel basic knowledge
