About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to accelerate our sales . In this role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, conducting client pitches, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and engage prospective B2B/B2C clients across cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry databases.

-Client Engagement & Pitching: Conduct discovery calls and product/service demonstrations tailored to client pain points; clearly articulate value propositions.

-Pipeline Management: Own the full sales funnel from initial outreach to qualification, proposal submission, and closure.

-CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log client interactions, pipeline stages, and follow-ups in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).

-Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align lead generation strategies with client delivery expectations.

Targets & Quotas: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly meeting, conversion, and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or business development.

-Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone and video etiquette are essential.

-Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets,

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
