Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Research new markets, find potential clients, and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calls, emails, and networking and Social media platform for sales.
Client Relations: Meet with prospective clients, understand their needs, and pitch the right company products or services.
Negotiation & Sales: Prepare business proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to meet targets.
Market Research: Study industry trends and competitor actions to spot new growth gaps.
Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align growth strategies and share client feedback.
Data Tracking: Use CRM tools (like Salesforce or HubSpot) to log interactions and report on sales metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for pitches and presentations.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales cycles and negotiation tactics.
Tech Literacy: Comfort with CRM software and office tools.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Prior work in sales, marketing, or business development
