Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Job Description:
Ajanta Trans Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach new clients for transportation and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service execution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development (Logistics experience preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
