Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Conduct product/service presentations and follow up with prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close business deals effectively.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).

- 0–1 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
