Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from prospective clients.
Generate new business through calls, referrals, social media, and other lead generation activities.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
Schedule and conduct client meetings, studio visits, and virtual consultations.
Prepare quotations and follow up with leads until closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth client handover after booking.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in the CRM or tracking system.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, wedding expos, and promotional events when required.
