We are looking for a Trainer to join our team at Aegis Infrasolutions India Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
Maintain training records and reports
Conduct evaluations to measure training effectiveness
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.Sc. Nursing and Experience 2 Years. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
