Job Title: Business Development Officer

Reports To: Business Development Manager / Sales Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to identify
new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to company
growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales experience,
and the ability to generate leads and close business deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and
market research.
• Generate leads by meeting architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and prospective
clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, customer support, and project
execution.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Experience in field sales and lead generation is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel extensively for client meetings.
Preferred Skills:
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset.
Salary: 4 to 5 LPA CTC
Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 Days a Week & 10 am to 7 pm
