## Key Responsibilities
• Contact and engage with inbound leads generated by the company.
• Handle enquiries related to:
• Corporate Gifting
• Wedding Gifting
• Retail & Bulk Orders
• HORECA & Institutional Sales
• Private Label Manufacturing
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
• Coordinate product sampling and customer feedback.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, wedding planners, HORECA customers, and private-label prospects.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

## Preferred Candidate Profile
### Must Have
• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Inside Sales
• Telesales
• Business Development
• Customer Acquisition
• B2B Sales
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Comfortable communicating through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong desire to earn through performance incentives.
### Preferred
• Experience in FMCG, Food Products, Corporate Gifting, Hospitality, Packaging, Wedding Industry, or B2B Sales.
• Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, and sales tracking tools.
• Experience handling corporate gifting or wedding gifting enquiries will be an added advantage.
