Key Responsibilities
· Sell digital marketing services including SEO, Performance Marketing (Google & Meta Ads), Social Media Marketing, and other online growth solutions.
· Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online research.
· Understand client business needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups on leads.
· Present and pitch digital marketing services effectively to prospects.
· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
· Coordinate with internal digital marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales activities.
· Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
· 0–2 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in digital marketing is preferred).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
· Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, or performance marketing is an added advantage.
· Ability to analyze client requirements and propose appropriate digital solutions.
· Knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
