Job Role:

Register customers and help them download & use the company app.
Explain insurance plans and generate insurance sales.
Recruit, guide, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Help your team stay active and achieve around 90% monthly activity.
Follow up with customers and insurance leads provided by the company.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and submit basic work reports.
