We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and introducing them to our AI-based learning solutions. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calling
Engage with potential customers and understand their requirements
Present and explain our AI tutoring solutions effectively
Follow structured sales scripts and processes
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with the team to improve sales performance and strategies
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience in Business development or sales. Fluent in Tamil and English Language, Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, Convincing Skills, Computer Knowledge, Communication Skills is an added advantage.
