Key Responsibilities:
connect with prospective learners through Inbound /outbound calls, whatsApp, and online meetings.
Understand education, work experience, career goals, and learning requirements.
Explain programme features, eligibility, fees, admission process, and career relevance.
Manage the complete Sales Cycle from lead qualification to enrolment
Handle learner queries, objections, and negotiations confidently.
Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Maintain accurate interaction and follow-up records in CRM.
Achieve daily activity goals and weekly/monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
Deliver a professional, positive learner experience throughout the sales process.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
