Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Incentives up to ₹4,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM) | 6 Days Working
Qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
Experience: Freshers & 0–3 Years of Sales Experience Can Apply

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls and follow up on leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Skills Required

• Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, or Kannada preferred)

• Sales & Negotiation Skills

• Lead Generation & Customer Handling

• Basic Computer Knowledge

• MS Excel

• Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
