We are hiring freshers for a full-time Sales / Business Development role in Kolar, Bhopal.

The role involves speaking with healthcare professionals through assigned leads, understanding their requirements, explaining the company’s services and recruitment/licensing process, and following up with them through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective candidates/clients through assigned leads
• Understand their requirements and guide them through the process
• Explain the company’s services, recruitment opportunities and licensing process
• Follow up regularly and convert qualified leads into customers
• Build professional relationships throughout the sales process
• Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding
• Maintain lead and follow-up details in the CRM

Job Details:
• Full-time, work from office
• Location: Kolar, Bhopal
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month during probation
