Handle and communicate directly with clients
Generate leads and close sales deals independently
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Manage and guide the sales team effectively
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Share regular updates and reports with management
Ensure sales targets are achieved on time
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Proven experience in sales and business development
Strong client handling and negotiation skills
Experience in team handling and sales coordination
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Prior experience in logistics or franchise business is a plus
