Role Description
This is a full time on site role as a Customer care executive, Sales Executive telecaller at Gurgaon. Interact with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with solutions and assistance. Handle calls, emails, and messages, resolve customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Fresher or 6 months telecalling, sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Empathy and patience while dealing with customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in team
