Business Development Executive

Elite Care Up is expanding its team and looking for energetic Business Development Executives who are ready to grow with a fast-growing organization in the healthcare/eye care space.

Job Description

• Conduct caring phone consultations to understand and address patient needs.

• Connect patients with the right healthcare professionals within our network.

• Ensure patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

• Manage daily patient interactions with a focus on quality and care.

• Contribute to the patient experience by delivering excellent service.

What You Bring

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.

• Passion for healthcare and patient care.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

• Comfortable with a 6-day working schedule.

• Previous experience is a plus but not required.

Work Details

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Work Mode: Work from Office (Gurugram)

Location: Tower C, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram
