Ltd. is a leading corporate travel and event management company providing end-to-end solutions in Corporate Travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions), Group Tours, and Destination Management Services. We work with reputed corporate clients across India and internationally. We are looking for Business Associates who can help us expand our corporate client base and event business. The role is ideal for freelancers, consultants, ex-corporate sales professionals, travel agents, or industry connectors who want to earn on a commission basis without fixed targets or office binding.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard corporate clients for:
Corporate Travel Management
MICE & Corporate Events
Group Tours & Incentive Trips
Generate new business leads and business opportunities
Coordinate with the Chillax Holiday internal sales & operations team
Assist during client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions (as required)
Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers
Ensure smooth handover of client requirements to operations team
Eligibility Criteria
Experience in corporate sales, travel industry, events, hospitality, or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
Strong corporate network is a plus
Good communication & negotiation skills
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Ability to work independently
