Role Overview
We’re seeking energetic and business-minded person to join our Business Development Team.
This role offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, proposal writing, bid management, and market research, providing a complete view of business consulting and strategy-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Market Research: Explore target industries, potential clients, and competitors; identify emerging business trends.
• Lead Generation: Find and qualify prospective clients through LinkedIn, calls, and online databases; maintain lead records in CRM/Excel.
• Bid Management: Support in preparing and managing project bids on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and LinkedIn; draft proposals and client responses.
• Client Communication: Support in outreach via calls and emails, schedule meetings, and assist during client discussions.
• Sales Support: Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations showcasing our services.
• Relationship Management: Coordinate with internal teams for client needs and maintain engagement with existing clients.
• Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly leads, conversions, and client feedback.
• Learning & Strategy Support: Learn sales techniques, negotiation, and business strategy while contributing creative ideas for improving lead conversion.

Who Can Apply
