We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team at at Mandot Securities Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹14,000 - ₹21,500 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate leads & acquire new clients
✔️ Explain Demat & Trading Account services
✔️ Assist clients with the account opening & KYC process
✔️ Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active accounts
✔️ Maintain strong client relationships and provide basic support
✔️ Coordinate with the KYC/Back Office team for smooth account activation
✔️ Achieve monthly lead conversion & account-opening targets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
