Lissomsoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to understand client requirements, recommend suitable product solutions, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document client requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and requirement documents.

• Coordinate with sales, product, and development teams.

• Analyse business processes and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with clients and maintain professional relationships.

• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities.

• Maintain client interaction and project records.
  

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Good requirement-gathering and documentation skills.

• Knowledge of software products and business processes.

• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
