Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Gurugram

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with a Computer Science background who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and coordinating with development teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).

Coordinate with developers and technical teams for implementation.

Analyze data and prepare reports for management decision-making.

Conduct testing (UAT) and ensure project delivery as per requirements.

Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA / B.Tech (CS/IT).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools is preferred.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
