🚀 We're Hiring: Business Analyst – Pre-Sales (2+ Years)

📍 Location: Jaipur (𝗢𝗻-𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲)

We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Business Analyst – Pre-Sales who enjoys understanding business needs, creating technology-driven solutions, and collaborating with clients as well as technical teams. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Understand, gather, and analyze client business requirements.

• Lead discovery discussions and provide solution-oriented consultations.

• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SRS, user stories, functional documents, and other project documentation.

• Work closely with Sales and Development teams to define project scope, prepare proposals, and support effort estimations.

• Participate in client meetings, solution demonstrations, and requirement discussions.

• Stay informed about emerging technologies, market trends, and industry best practices.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or Software Development company.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and business analysis practices.

• Hands-on experience in BRD, SRS, wireframing, process flows, and requirement documentation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:

Experience with Web Applications, Mobile Apps, SaaS Platforms, APIs, AI, or Cloud-based solutions will be an added advantage.

Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, or similar platforms for requirement analysis, documentation, research, proposal preparation, and workflow optimization will be highly preferred.
