Job Title: Business Analysts /Telecaller / Telesales Executive – Stock Market Services (Work From Office)

Location: Parswanath Plaza planet, vibhuti khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed) + Attractive incentives

About the role

We are looking for Telecaller / Telesales Executives for our stock market services.

Your main role will be to call interested customers, generate leads, create interest, and smoothly hand over qualified leads to the sales/advisory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to leads interested in stock market / investment services.

• Explain our services (for example: Demat & trading account opening, stock market advisory plans, training or research services – as per A&D solutions

• Share details with interested customers through WhatsApp / SMS / email and do regular follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel or CRM.

• Work with daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions along with the sales team.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation or commerce/finance background will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English speaking will be a plus.

• Confident on phone, with good convincing and sales skills.

• Basic knowledge of stock market terms like Demat account, trading account, SIP, intraday, etc. (training will be provided).

Working Days & Timings

• Timing: 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including break).

• Days: Monday to Saturday.

Compliance Note (Very Important)

• This is an information and lead-generation role.

• Telecallers must not promise guaranteed profits, sure-shot tips, or any unrealistic returns. All communication must follow company and SEBI guidelines, and proper training will be given for this.
