We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves client acquisition, proposal coordination, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Business Growth & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, networking, and market research
Generate leads and convert them into active clients
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
🔹 Proposals & Coordination
Prepare and coordinate proposals, quotations, and presentations
Work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate project understanding
Support negotiations and contract closures
🔹 Market & Strategy
Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Identify new sectors, geographies, or service offerings for expansion
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, or related field
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proven experience in sales or business development
Ability to understand technical/design-based services
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and well-organized
Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate, architecture, design studios, or media/visualization industry
Existing client network in relevant industries
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
