About the Role

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Brand Manager to manage and grow client brands across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage the overall brand image, positioning, communication, and identity.

• Create and implement digital marketing and social media strategies for brands.

• Plan monthly content calendars, campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.

• Coordinate with the Content, Graphic Design, Video, SEO, and Performance Marketing teams.

• Monitor and improve brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google, and other platforms.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.

• Review and approve creative content, captions, campaigns, and marketing materials.

• Track campaign performance and prepare regular brand performance reports.

• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and target audience.

• Handle client communication and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

• Develop ideas for brand campaigns, product launches, influencer collaborations, and promotional activities.

• Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Take ownership of brand growth, engagement, awareness, and overall performance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Brand Management and Digital Marketing.

• Excellent knowledge of Social Media Marketing.

• Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Strong content planning and campaign strategy skills.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Strong communication and client-handling skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.

• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools will be an advantage.
