Branch Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations for Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Working Capital products. The role involves driving business growth, managing a sales team, ensuring portfolio quality, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

• Drive sales targets for HL, LAP, and Working Capital products.

• Develop and execute strategies to increase branch profitability.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through DSA/channel partners, referrals, and direct sourcing.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.

2. Team Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers.

• Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.

• Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to team members.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.

3. Credit & Risk Management

• Ensure proper credit appraisal and adherence to company policies.

• Maintain portfolio quality and minimize delinquency/NPA levels.

• Coordinate with credit and risk teams for smooth loan processing.

4. Operations & Compliance

• Oversee end-to-end branch operations.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.

5. Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.

Key Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in HL, LAP, or Working Capital financing.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling.

• Strong understanding of credit, underwriting, and financial analysis.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
