We are looking for a female Branch Manager to join our aviation training institute. This role is ideal for Ex-Cabin Crew or Grounded Cabin Crew professionals who want to transition into a leadership role in aviation education.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new student admission opportunities and institutional partnerships.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and clients through professional communication.

• Promote aviation training programs based on customer needs.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth training and administrative operations.

• Track aviation industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

• Share performance insights and growth feedback with management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Must have prior experience as Cabin Crew (Flying or Grounded)

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

• 1–3 years of experience in aviation, education, administration, or operations preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and target-oriented mindset
