Branch Manager – Linear Motion Solutions & Bearings (Summary)

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall business performance, profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency of the branch. The role includes driving business development with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and industrial customers while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Key responsibilities include leading the sales and operations team, managing inventory and warehouse functions, overseeing retail and counter sales, strengthening customer relationships, monitoring receivables and branch profitability, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing technical guidance on bearings, linear motion, and industrial automation products.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 3–5 years in a Branch Manager or Sales Manager role within the bearings, linear motion, automation, or industrial components industry. Strong leadership, business development, inventory management, and technical selling skills are essential.

The primary objective of the role is to achieve sustainable branch growth, improve profitability, develop a high-performing team, and position KHS-LG as the preferred partner for industrial bearings and motion solutions in the region.
