Hiring: Store Sales Manager – Teak & Torch
Location: Sector 52, Gurgaon
Experience: 4–8 years (preferably furniture, home interiors, or retail sales)
We are looking for a sales-driven Store Manager to lead our flagship furniture store, drive sales, manage the team, and oversee day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales: Handle walk-in customers, understand requirements, recommend products, negotiate, and close sales.
Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance.
Lead Management: Ensure timely customer follow-ups, telecalling, appointment scheduling, and conversions.
Customer Experience: Conduct home visits for measurements, manage customer relationships, and resolve escalations.
Order Management: Ensure accurate order entry on Shopify, customization documentation, and coordination with the factory for timely deliveries.
Store Operations: Maintain sales reports, CRM data, order trackers, and ensure adherence to store processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales and team management.
Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in furniture, interiors, or high-ticket retail preferred.
Comfortable with MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
Target-oriented, hands-on, and accountable.
