Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ayurvedic clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, lead generation, and CRM management, along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete branch operations including front office, therapists, and backend coordination

• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets

• Handle lead generation activities and ensure proper conversion through follow-ups

• Manage and maintain CRM systems for tracking leads, consultations, and patient records

• Monitor patient experience and ensure high-quality service standards

• Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline

• Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions

• Ensure proper documentation (case sheets, billing, reports, etc.)

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

• Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

• Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in:

  • Sales

  • Lead Generation

  • CRM handling

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Basic knowledge of healthcare or Ayurveda industry is an added advantage
