We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) to join a leading Private Bank. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing customer relationships, promoting banking products and services, and achieving assigned business and sales targets.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable banking solutions, generating business opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through branch leads, references, calling, networking, and other business development activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products and services.

• Promote and cross-sell banking products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, FD/RD, Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, and other financial products, as applicable.

• Generate leads and conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.

• Achieve assigned sales, acquisition, CASA, cross-selling, and revenue targets.

• Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant branch/internal teams for timely resolution.

• Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documents as per bank requirements and processes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and business activities.

• Support the branch team in customer service and business development activities.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and applicable processes.

• Provide regular updates on business performance, leads, and market/customer feedback to the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in banking, sales, BFSI, customer relationship management, or related fields can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic understanding of banking products and financial services will be an advantage.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital banking tools.

• Willingness to work as per branch/business requirements and undertake local field visits when required.

• In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentive
