We are looking for energetic and customer-focused professionals to join our Banking Sales team. The selected candidate will work inside the bank branch, interact with walk-in customers, and promote credit cards while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell bank credit cards to walk-in and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card products.
Generate new leads and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Explain card features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, and offers.
Assist customers with the application process and document collection.
Coordinate with the operations team for application processing and follow-up.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and KYC guidelines.
Cross-sell other banking products whenever required.
