Job Overview:

Position: Branch Head – Business Development

Exp- 9 yrs+

Salary - 10 lpa max

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Branch Head to lead branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, team management, and branch handling.

Responsibilities:

Drive branch business and revenue growth

Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships

Lead and manage branch team performance

Oversee branch operations and service delivery

Develop market expansion and sales strategies

Ensure target achievement and operational efficiency

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Branch Management

Strong leadership and client management skills

Proven track record in revenue generation

Experience in financial services / IPO / RTA / BFSI preferred
