Job Title: Telesales Executive (Fresher & Experienced)
Industry: BPO / Call Center
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: Thane

Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executives for our BPO operations. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates with telesales or BPO background are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers

• Explain products/services and generate sales leads

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly

• Handle customer queries professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC or Graduate

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language

• Basic computer knowledge

Skills Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Positive attitude and sales-driven approach

• Ability to work in a target-based environment
