Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries

Explain products/services and persuade customers to make a purchase

Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team

Maintain a record of calls and customer details

Follow up with customers for payments or feedback

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar role (preferred)

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software

Ability to handle rejection and remain calm

Fluency in local language and basic English

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication

Persuasion and negotiation skills

Active listening

Time management

Customer handling skills

Education & Experience:

Minimum: 10th/12th pass (Graduation preferred)

Freshers can apply (training may be provided)
