🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make collection calls and remind customers about pending payments

• Use skip tracing to locate hard-to-reach customers

• Negotiate payment plans professionally

• Maintain accurate records in Excel

• Resolve customer queries and follow compliance guidelines

• Achieve monthly recovery targets
