We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for our Domestic process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, driving performance, ensuring quality service delivery, and meeting operational targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of customer support executives
Ensure team meets daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Monitor calls, productivity, quality scores, and adherence
Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues
Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Prepare and share reports with management
Maintain compliance with company policies and process guidelines
Support training and onboarding of new team members
Education: PUC / Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience (Domestic process preferred)
Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Leadership Skills: Strong people management and problem-solving abilities
