Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader to lead and manage an international outbound sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving business targets while ensuring high team performance and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of international sales executives to achieve business objectives.

• Drive team performance by consistently meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.

• Monitor daily KPIs, productivity, attendance, quality, and overall team performance.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback meetings.

• Guide team members throughout the sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, objection handling, and deal closure.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates and revenue generation.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and process compliance.

• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Management to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.

• Prepare and present MIS reports, team performance reports, and action plans.

• Foster a positive work environment by motivating, mentoring, and developing team members for career growth.

• Handle escalations, resolve customer issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in the International IT/BPO industry.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader (ATL), Business Development Manager (BDM), or Business Analyst in an international sales process.

• Prior exposure to US/Canada outbound sales processes is mandatory.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).

• Experience in International Voice Sales.
