Team Leader – Loan Sales

We are looking for a Team Leader – Loan Sales to join our team at Paisa Guru. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing team of sales executives to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Target & Revenue Growth: Drive the sales team to meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement targets and revenue goals.

• Pipeline & Operations: Oversee the end-to-end loan process—from lead allocation and document collection to credit sanction and final disbursement.

• Team Leadership & Tracking: Conduct daily huddles, assign leads, and monitor team performance metrics (calls, field visits, and conversions).

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with credit, underwriting, and operations teams to resolve file queries quickly and reduce turnaround time (TAT).

• Coaching & Deal Support: Train team members on loan products, objection handling, and pitch strategies; assist on high-value or complex client deals.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all loan applications adhere to KYC, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines to maintain high file quality and low rejection rates.

• Reporting: Track performance metrics in the CRM and provide regular sales reports to leadership.

Core Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to maximum 3 years of experience in loan sales (Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, or DSAs). Prior experience managing or mentoring a small sales team/executives is a plus.

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit guidelines, and customer profiling.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Proficient with basic CRM tools and MS Excel.
