Job Summary
MakeMyTrip is hiring an Inside Sales Team Leader for the Cabs department to manage a team of sales executives handling cab bookings such as airport transfers, local rentals, and outstation trips. The role involves achieving sales targets, guiding the team, and ensuring good customer service.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and lead a team of inside sales executives.
· Ensure team achieves daily and monthly sales targets.
· Monitor calls and guide the team to improve sales conversion.
· Handle customer issues or escalations when required.
· Track team performance and share reports with management.
· Train new team members on cab booking products and sales process.
Requirements
· 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales.
· Minimum 1–2 years of team handling experience.
· Good communication and leadership skills.
· Experience in travel, cab services, or BPO sales is preferred.
· Advance Excel Knowledge
