Boutique Sales Executive

We are hiring an Ethnic Wear Sales Executive to join our boutique team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting ethnic outfits, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills and an interest in ethnic fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting ethnic wear as per their needs and occasions

• Promote products and new collections to increase sales

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Maintain product display and store presentation

• Provide styling suggestions and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate

• 1–6+ years experience in retail sales (ethnic wear preferred)

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Passion for sales and fashion

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
