Job Summary:

The Billing Executive will be responsible for preparing invoices, maintaining billing records, ensuring accuracy in GST/tax compliance, and coordinating with sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes.

• Ensure correctness of billing details such as customer data, product codes, quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.

• Maintain accurate records of all invoices and billing-related documents.

• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for timely and error-free invoicing.

• Reconcile invoices with sales orders and delivery challans.

• Provide billing-related reports for accounts and management review.

• Support in GST/tax compliance by maintaining updated and accurate billing data.

• Handle billing discrepancies and customer queries.

• Assist during audits by providing required billing documents.

• Shift Time 10 hours rotational

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of billing procedures, GST, and basic accounting.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and billing/accounting software (Tally ERP preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines.

• Must have worked in tally

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any graduate

• 3 to 5  years of experience in billing/accounts (manufacturing/packaging industry preferred).

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
