Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and develop a strong customer base in the industrial battery segment.
Promote and sell industrial batteries for forklifts, traction applications, and other industrial uses.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right battery solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in industrial batteries, forklifts, or material handling equipment).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively.
